Let me start off by saying zero stars is too many. First-time visitor ordered well-done flank steak pho. What I received was an entire plate of fat 0 steak. The person who put this dish together should be ashamed of themselves. I paid $10.50 for a large to go plate of fat. To say I am disappointed is an understatement I actually feel like I was robbed and that the company doesn't care about their customer satisfaction or they never would have made a plate like this.I went here in the first place because it had good reviews clearly they can do better then what I got.Trying to figure out how to post a photo so everyone can see I'm not exaggerating in the least bit.
Good food. Price were medium.
Great food, service and amazing staff/owners. Recommend this place 100 percent! Also, new boba flavors that are delicious and if you love coffee- you HAVE to get a Vietnamese coffee- iced or hot, yummy stuff!
I'm not a connoseiur of Vietnamese cuisine, but the food was great. Nice, clean spot.
Poor service, food not that good! Cashier who checked me out cheated me. Told me my bill was one amount and then ran another amount on my card! Very sketchy and seemed dishonest. 4 bowls of small pho should not be over $70! DON’T EAT THERE!!!
This place is my favorite in Lubbock! Excellent service & delicious food.
The food is always yummy! Needs way more staff and they need to seat people because 2 people sat themselves at a table for 6 when 2 person tables were readily available causing our party of 5 to wait until they were finished before we could even sit down. But it won't stop me from returning for the great food!
I had the vegetable pho with added tofu as well as the fried tofu spring rolls for an appetizer. Great options for vegans or vegetarians. I thought they were both delicious and super filling. Some of the best pho I’ve had.
Fast friendly service. Food was great. My first time eating Pho.
Awesome Vegan options! Yum yum yum yum. Vanessa is always helpful and sweet! Love her :)
I really enjoyed this place. Good start to the meal with the fried egg rolls. They were slightly over seasoned but still did not stray from delicious and my main was a great tofu pho dish with plenty of flavor to dig in to. Will be going back next time I'm in Lubbock
Awesome food. Ordered pho soup and it was so delicious. The large bowl of soup quantity is crazy. Awesome 5 stars
I used to like this place . But last 3 times I came here , orders the large soup . They literally put two and a half pieces of very thin slice beef . I ignored first two times but third time I told them . And they didn’t do anything about it . I am not greedy but two pieces of meat cmon. I went to a lot of Vietnamese places in Houston they put so much meat and charge less than 10$
Excellent pho. Not very spicy, but 3 different sauces available at each table. There are vegetarian options (Tofu) and very tasty sandwiches. Skip the wontons and the hot tea.
Polite service and awesome food. We went here for our 15 yr. Anniversary (we are pretty simple and laid back) and I was very well pleased with the quick service.
Pls. Don't eat from this place. Their food products come directly from China..My friend got very sick from eating here..Their kitchen is dirty and the people who work there are not friendly..
The Pho is definitely above average, rest all the food is very mediocre. The service here is generally pretty laid back/slow. However, it took 45 min to get a plate of fried rice, I'd highly recommend avoiding this place for lunch. The servers need to be trained better, the general attitude is snobbish & unwelcoming.
In my opinion the best Pho in town! The freshest hottest Pho! The staff is very friendly and the restaurant is clean. We never have a wait. They have boba anx coffee with other drinks available. My children like to eat here. The prices are reasonable and their portion sizes are big! I can never finish a full meal.
It was good. The bbq pork was great. The pho was good. The broth was very flavorful. I will try this place again. I wasn't disappointed.
Love the chicken noodle soup. Always great on a cold day!
Had the worst experience yesterday. Their pho was way too salty, large looked like an extra small, they gave a few pieces of meat. Servers looked like they dread going to work. I would not recommend this place to anyone I know.
It was a total new experience spurned by an old episode of chef Ramsay on a boat with a old woman with one tooth cooking for him. My experience was very, very good with a staff that had the patience of a saint as they explained half the menu in detail to help me understand a culture I know nothing about.
I love I <3 Pho! The staff is kind, the food is great, and the location is convenient. Lots of choices for what to put in your pho, and also lots of non-pho options. I like the banh mi sandwiches for lunch. Check out the multiple boba flavors, too - I always get avocado. Rich but not overly sweet.
The first thing I tried here was because my co-worker really wanted to try the rice egg rolls so I agreed to try them out and they were amazing, with or without the peanut butter sauce they provide you with. Either way I enjoyed them very much. She also purchased a soup from them is was different but delicious, because you add your own choice of meat into the bowl of soup and everything else. It had a small kick to it but it made it better, they also give out big servings. Don't exactly remember the name of the soup but they have several options to choose from. I absolutely loved the rolls and will go back for the rice rolls.
This is the best pho in West Texas. The thin sliced tendon (P5) melts in your mouth and is great for replenishing tried joints. Portions are generous and the vegetables are always fresh. Just modern enough to balance the authentic food.
We've been here several times and have always enjoyed the food. The service has been a little sub-par a couple times but it hasn't stopped us from going back. The dining room is nice and open and kept at a very cool temperature, which is definitely a positive on hot days.
I love the pho makes me feel better when I'm under the weather.
So awesome. First place I had pho. Won't go anywhere else in Lubbock. Love the P4 and the seafood pho. Great stuff.
Amazing food..loved it!!
One of our favorite date places. The food is amazing and flavorful, and the staff is very friendly. Overall a good experience every time we go
After a round of golf it's the place I want to relax with friends over a bowl of delicious Vietnamese broth.
I absolutely love this place! The Pho is delicious, and the staff is super friendly. I won’t go anywhere else because I know it won’t be as good as here.
This the third time to eat there. I read all the negative reviews and am at a lost. The cafe was packed for lunch. The had the meatball sandwich and very pleased with the good and service. The wife says it one the her new favorite places she gets the vermicelli with grilled chicken. I thinks it is very good. My choices have the seafood co no pho and the traditional mixed meat. If you are thinking American Asian style quick food, there is that here locally. It will cut down my wait for a table. Go PHO
Didn't get what I ordered in the picture. If you like left overs this is That Place -food so quick it's been sitting for hours. Complain to the staff and get a nasty face. No love here🤮
Food was alright, small portions, very little meat in pho. Staff rude
The food was delicious! They being out your food pretty quickly after ordering.
I used to love coming to eat here..But recently their food and care of it has been sub par.Found a hair in my wontons. Also asked for shrimp spring rolls and they came with pork. I have been here plenty of times before and never has pork come with my spring rolls. She proceeded to tell me that I'm supposed to say no pork. I've been here once 40 times and have not had this problem till now.Shrimp in pho has lost its flavor. And even looks a bit falled apart and old.Not sur e I will be returnung. It's so sad theres no great pho places in Lbk.
The food is not really tasty. They forgot about an order and can’t remember which one it’s. I have to many pho places in different cities. Bottom of my list.
Good pho and fast service.Their Vietnamese coffee tastes likes instant coffee. If you go for Pho, then this is the place.I ordered B11, another soup-based dish they offer, and it was bareable: little to no calamary, 4 pieces of shrimps, and maybe 5 frozen fishballs.Edit 1: -1 star for an annoying employee playing loud sound sitting near the rest room
Ban Mi was delicious. Pho was good and a crazy big portion.
Their Pho is very tasty and fresh. Highly recommended. They have 2 portion sizes: small and regular size; and the picture shows regular size. However, their bubble tea mike is too sweet and bubble doesn't taste very fresh.
I really wanted to try this place, and I'm glad I did! I love this place! Really delicious!
This was the first time I have had pho so I have nothing to compare it too but overall I thought it was really good! I also got the Thai Tea boba tea and I thought it tasted good. I would definitely recommend it to others especially if you like Asian food.
